Supabets (https://supabets.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Supabets and users of the platform ("you" or "member").

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Supabets reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bet.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• For live betting, only bets confirmed before a disconnection occurs will be considered valid.
• Supabets reserves the right to cap maximum winnings.

Betting odds are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.

Supabets supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your Supabets account.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Supabets platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other members.

Supabets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Self-exclusion at the player's own request.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

You may contact our support team at any time to close your account. Any valid remaining balance will be returned through the designated process prior to closure.
